| Answer : Please call our Customer Service department at 1-800-283-2635 to request a return authorization number. You must provide proof of purchase showing the racquet was purchased within the last 12 months. As long as the racquet has not been abused by striking the wall, floor or an oppponent's racquet, we will send you a replacement racquet under warranty. |
